There is a speed trap between LaGrange Rd, IL Rt. 45, & 96th Ave. on 123rd St, also Called McCarthy Road. It ends at 104th Ave. A speed limit of 20mph is posted through the forest preserve.

This statement is totally false. The speed limit is 45mph from LaGrange road west for about a block and a halp and then it becomes 55 mph all the4 way to 104th avenue. There is no reason for a 20mph posting and in reality it is not a 20mph speed limit and hence not a speed trap.
