I was ticketed traveling 73 in a 55 at 11 PM on a Tuesday when an officer coming the other way made a u-turn. This is a long stretch of straight, four-lane divided road where the speed limit ranges between 50 and 55 mph. Traffic flows at about 70-75, regardless of time of day. Be extremely careful at night, especially on weekends.
