There is a photo speed camera in this 30mph zone. I found this out when i received letter from the Forest Heights Police Dept. showing the date, time, speed, and photos of my vehicle and license plate.

After winning in court, I now have a late fee notice of $25.00. This late fee is supposedly non-reversible and will result in a flagging of all vehicle registrations in my name if unpaid. If the registration gets flagged, there are ANOTHER $70.00 in fees due.

Yes- there are actually 3 Youtube videos about the controversial Forest Heights speed camera, including a local news report. There is a similar camera a mile away on Livingston Road, passing Birchwood City, and another on Livingston Road, passing Southlawn community.
