City cop pulled into the Meadowside Playground / Ballpark facing toward the street with the headlights off. Be advised that the residential speed limit is 25 MPH.

There is almost always a cop going up and down meadowside road. his usual (or their) usual routine is driving across east broadway, by walnut beach, up viscount drive, monroe street, then delight road onto meadowside, then he goes the full length of meadowside towards the green, then turns around and does the same routine again. i've observed it several times
