Appleton police can typically be found between Seymour st, and the Fox river shooting radar at either a) people coming northbound into appleton from the menasha, or coming south over the memorial bridge. Posted speed limits are not necessarily low, but the two lanes in each direction justify a higher speed limit. Be careful
