Merritt 15 Parkway near Exit Number Before 59
If you are heading Northboung it is before 59 (big hill), if South, just after. You will see two large areas right near a bend where it looks as if there was an exit at one point, which there was years and years ago. Well now the CSP hang out there constantly so when coming towards the bend, don’t be surprised if the guy in front of you is slowing down, he is smart. I’ve slowed numerous times and seen guys in front of me get snagged. Not so bad in the winter, as the plows do not make a priority to clear the pull off for the troopers.
