Miccosukee Road, From Doomar Drive to Capital Circle NE
Local police literally hide in the bushes on new BMW motorcycles, paid for in part with the speeding tickets from this trap. This section of Miccosukee Road is four lanes wide, with great visibility (that’s why the cops have to hide in the bushes, otherwise they would be plain as day) and has a posted speed limit of 35mph. Once Miccosukee crosses Capital Circle NE, it becomes a two lane canopy road. This narrow, two-lane canopy road portion of Miccosukee is low visibility, has no runoff, and a posted speed limit of 45mph. Am I missing something here?
