Middle Tennessee use to be south tennessee Boulevard near between e main and bell st. where the church is.
At the bell st light. Officers park their cars in the church parking lot which blocks the view of the car because it is an L shaped building. The short light causes a lot yellow runners and as you come through the light they pull you over. the speed limit drops to 30.
