Middletown Road near Billingsley Road
After passing Billingsley rd and before the railroad tracks on the way to rt. 227 county usually hides on a gravel private drive. They walk out in the middle of the road to stop you and their cars or motorcycle is hidden well.

If the Deputy's Cruiser is parked on Private proerty and is beyond the "Right Away", they are setting up illegal police operations. The Dep't must have written consent of the property owner to set up radar.
This IS Maryland law.
You can contest the ticket and if the officer cannot produce the consent form you ticket will be dismissed.
