Midlothian Road near Winchester Road
Speed limit on Midlothian north of Winchester rd is higher (was 55 now 45mph) and completely un-enforced. People tend to cross Winchester heading south at similar speeds, but now it’s 35mph. Squad will be in a dip in the road 200 yards south of Winchester.
