Here is how the scam works. As you roll past the speed camera under the posted speed limit of 35 you see the speed limit sign of 55 a short distance ahead, and like most people you begin to accellerate before getting past the 55 sign. (all legal for Miff town) They send you a photo and bill for what ever you were doing past 35 plus 10 mph extra to insure at least $100 stolen. Funny thing on the other side of the road of that 55 it is 35. Mifflin keeps 60% camera co. 40%. Honest law inforcement does not exist in Ashland or Richland counties.
