Mile marker 1-30 on I-57
Illinois may as well put up a toll booth. I travel often between Chicago and MS. If you’re Northbound; MO limit is 70, IL is 65. Currently there is a cone zone near the border – do NOT speed thru there, They love those $375 + cost tix.
In general tho, they sit in a lot of hiding places, just over a hill, behind bushes in the median. I have the best radar detector you can get, and I set the cruise at 68 till I get thru that area.
