Millar between Garfield and Utica.
Officers sometimes wait between homes or empty lots to ticket those going over the 35 mile speed limit. It is an open stretch for them to easily ticket those going even a few miles above the speed limit. Also, beware of a stretch on Millar that drops from 35 miles an hour to 15 mph without warning. You are an easy target.
