There almost always is a policy officer sitting in the hidden drive before the Animal Hospital. He waits for commuters coming off of Lake Cook Rd heading North/West on Milwaukee. The traffic light there has no turn on red but the sign is in the median so if you don’t look forward through the intersection there you could miss the sign. They wait to grab those who disabove that law. I watch him from the window of the tower facing Milwaukee off of Riverwalk Drive and he usually averages about 7 cars a day.
