Milwaukie City police use one of two Photo vans to place around the city, but find mucho cash, and revenue to park Photo van on South bound lane just south of the Lake Rd. entrance to 224, just passed the over pass or almost under the overpass. Clean straight away, if you are not watching they have you, these two vans rake in the cash for this city. Just one spot in the area they park.
