My understanding is that starting on the north side of 116th N. the addresses become collinsville and not owasso, so therefore Im wondering if the owasso trap at 126th N. is legal. Seems to me it should be collinsville police there if anyone. Un less the 2 citys have some kind of agreement to the 169 highway up to a certain point.
