Speed limit: is 30 mph (from Heeia Kea pier to Hygenic/Fuel pump store). HPD’s finest will hide right on Miomio Loop (47-200 area). You may see them as you whip around the corner, but it is normally too late to slow down – they have you with their laser. Frequency at which HPD sets up at said location: Low. Marked & personalized vehicles will idle in this spot, until someone whips around the corner. Be cognizant of this area – especially at night.
