MM 118 on I-40 in California
Cops hang out in the middle of the road behind 4 or 5 very large piles of dirt/gravel. Picking off people every single day. The stank doesn’t have to go very far to find fish, so be careful coming down the grade. 100% of the item they are pointed uphill looking at the folks coming downhill.
