MN Hwy 15 north of CR 29
Sartell police in median north of lights at CR 29, speed limit is 60. This is after Hwy 15 breaks off of US Hwy 10 going south and before it merges into US 10 going north.

On the above: "No, this is definitely not a speed trap (4)", I wanted to read what others had to say about this 'speed trap'. I clicked onto the "No" to see the comments and my VOTE was added to 3 other "No" votes. I suspect that others that 'voted' this way DIDN'T mean to vote this way....I didn't!
