Mo. Hwy 142, North of Columbia
Small village using radar as revenue generator. 55 mph limit on heavily traveled commuter road drops to 30 without transition zone. Patrol car well-hidden at both ends of town. Have personally been stopped by Hallsville PD when driving an ambulance to Columbia with a patient on board! Also be certain to make a full stop at Hwy. 142 & Co. Road OO. No tolerance.
