Moana Ln. and Kietzke Ln. Intersection

Reno, NevadaFeb 13, 20104 Comments

Motorcycle teams watch the intersection for yellow light and speeding infractions. There is also a motor cop that sits under the U.S. Hwy. 395 and Moana Ln. overpass and watches traffic exiting U.S. Hwy. 395 south onto Moana Ln. for speeding and yellow lights. Almost everyday around noon time traffic.

Since when is driving through a yellow light a violation?

The reason for the LEO waiting under the bridge is that there are 5 VERY LARGE SIGNS that state NO TURN ON RED. As the idiots can't seem to READ, they turn on the red light. They should just take their licenses as they are too stupid to be driving in the first place!

This area needs all the enforcement it can get, it is one of the highest ranked accident intersections and then there are the nimnods turning off of 395 to WB Moana who cannot read the "No Right Turn On Red" signs and they just keep going and end up bogging down the Moana/Kietzke intersection. What a mess! RPD-Keep up the good work!
