Mohouli Street near New section of road
HCPD routinely monitors this road because it is down hill, straight, and the posted speed of 35 mph is unrealistically slow. The road appears to be designed for at least 45 mph (wide lanes of travel with wide shoulders) but due to a few widely spaced cross streets the actual speed limit is set at 35mph. This site is probably the most often watched & monitored site in Hilo by HCPD.
