Monroe Street near Francis Street
A couple of blocks north of Francis there is a church on the west side of the road. Morning commute is really bad but I’ve seen the enforcement escalated in other times of the day. The posted speed limit is 30 mph and it right after a school zone but it�s a section of road that is very easy to go 40. The LEO�s will hang out right behind the church sign and nab a lot of southbound traffic.
