Monroe Street near Franics Street
Couple of blocks north of Francis on Monroe on the west side of the street is a church and both AM and PM rush hour there is often LEO’s sitting there. The limit drops from 35 to 30 right after the split from wall to monroe and just as you round the bend the LEO’s will pop you. It’s usually a motorcycle cop sitting behind the church sign so enforcement isn’t as high in the winter months.
