Monrovia Street area
Cops sit in old folks home or apartment complex on either side of street (on Monrovia). There are a lot of issues with both apartment complexes so the cops sit and wait for something to happen. So if you are not paying attention they will nab you for speeding or not using your blinker. They are looking for DUI’s, not a bad concern but they will get you for anything they can. Be careful driving down Monrovia between 95th and W99th
