Officer hides in a driveway off Moody Avenue, near the red light at Woodlawn Avenue intersection, behind a bush and zaps you while you are accelerating downhill heading away from Chapman Highway.

As long as you don't wildly over-speed "accelerating downhill heading away from Chapman Highway", you are fine. The officers that patrol that area realize that you would have to ride your brakes to prevent downhill gravity from accelerating your vehicle too much, and they take that into consideration.
I was caught here and I was only doing 44 and the speed limit is 40. They don't care if you are riding your brakes to prevent downhill gravity.
