The Coppell “Traffic Division”” (as the Judge called it) hangs at the cul-de-sac on the right as you go north on Moore St. This is the same pair mentioned on in the other notice. There is a reason they call this town “”Cop-hell””. The regular cops drive big SUVs and will pull people over for looking at them wrong.”
