Moorpark and Simi Valley at Old Los Angeles Avenue (City boundary between)
Motorcycle officer waiting behind cement fence for unwary motorists. The speed limit on the Simi portion of the road is 50 mph but once you hit the unmarked Moorpark boundary, it’s 40. (Drive along this road regularly and discover most people go about 80+.) Officer is *impossible* to see until it’s too late. Take care – fines for even twenty miles over the speed limit average $300.
