This is the sneakiest of all traps. One or two cop cars will park underneath one of the last overpasses of MoPac North. Typically, they leave the car(s) empty while they go for donuts or something. I call this the Decoy Car. They want you to get used to an empty cop car sitting along the side of the highway. On occasion, as you speed right past what you think is the Decoy Car, an officer will pop his lights on and chase you down. I often think of stopping and stealing their hub caps. If any of you get the nerve to do it, GO FOR IT. It would be a hoot!
