For those heading further south towards William Cannon lookout for three locations. First a cop sometimes hangs out on the left hand side on a blind curve/hill, second they’ll hang out on the right on a ramp that’s half built and hide behind it ready to launch after you, and third sometimes they’ll hide out in the parking lots from when you get off the highway till the Randalls at William Canon. Usually once a month they’re there.
