Morehead Road near State Highway 49
Any where along Morehead Road. There are a few spots where the speed limit goes from 35 to 45 to 35. I was caught on radar as he was driving in the oncoming lane of traffic. My husband was ticketed twice along that stretch.

There are only two speed limits on Morehead Rd. In the town limits from NC Hwy 49 to just past Carving Tree Dr the speed limit is 35 mph and has been thwt for 40 years. The speed limit from the town limits to US Hwy 29 at the Speedway is 45 mph and has also been that for 40 years. I know this because I have lived here all my life.
