State Police stands with radar at bend just after speed drops from 35mph to 30 mph not seen until you get past trees

Comments:
In my view, this is one of the most notorious and consistently "enforced" speed traps in the Boston Metro Area. I live within a 2 minute drive of this area, and I frequently have to pass this trap. The cops are usually there on weekends, and often on weekdays. They wait by the exit to the beach, where after passing some businesses and stoplights, where the road finally opens up, the speed limit goes from a ridiculous 35 to a more-ridiculous 30. This is a six-lane highway with an 8-foot median and no cross streets, and the speed limit is 30 MPH. This is an insane speed limit, and probably illegal, but it's easier to slow down there than it is to fight it. Beware!
