Madison Police hide behind the small white church building on the east side of the road just north of Mill Road and in the parking lot of the brick church on the west side of the road during morning and evening commutes. Both locations are well concealed. This is a rural farm road with fields and pastures on both sides for much of its length that has a 25 mph residential speed limit that requires a mandatory court appearance before the city court judge.
