Police uses buildings to hide behind. I was stopped by a female officer who was very rude. They use the money to keep their department running. Please be carefull motorist.

I have lived around the Sabina area for over 50 years and the locals have always considered it to be a speed trap. Why else could a town of 3000 need or be able to afford 5 police cars ? Just last week I saw one sitting at the outside edge of town in a dark business parking lot with no lights on running radar. A lot of it has to do with the mayor pushing for income for the city. They also will sit close to the main traffic light on State Route 22 and write tickets for running red lights because it stays yellow about 2.5 seconds. Good Luck !
