Mountain Rd and Country Rd
NC Highway patrol sits on Dogwood Dr. Just outside Mountain Home, NC.
He is watching traffic traveling either north or south on Mountain Rd. He is also watching for anyone not completing a stop on Country Rd. stop sign before entering Mountain Rd.
He has been there twice in the last week
