South bound between the industrial canal and Bayou Bernard bridges. Most often, they are there during the early morning hours (approximately 5:00 A.M.) and almost always at the foot of the Bayou Bernard bridge.

The Blacked-Out Cruiser was working the base of the B-B Bridge at 7PM.
He was sitting in the trees and high weeds of the closedup side road just N. of the Bridge.
Could not see him until I was almost right on top of him.
He nailed the car ahead of me. She could not have been much over the limit because I was dead on 45mph in the 45zone.
