Multiple places on highways 120 & 289
Pottsboro police have recently become even more vigilant in writing tickets for speeding. It has been reported the city wants to obtain a new fire truck & the revenue from tickets to help pay for it.
Highways 289 & 120 appear to be almost continuously monitored by either stationary or moving police vehicles with radar guns. Hwy 120 north by Goin’s lumber is a very popular place for stationary or moving police suv’s.
