This location in addition to the Cornwell exit off of I 40 is more of an obvious Drunk hunt fot Yukon Police. They sit and randomly stop vehicles for this purpose. I was stopped on Mustang when returning home from work at about 1 AM. Knowing that they were there often, I had my speed set at 45. Still got stopped….officer obviously trying to smell alcohol. I wasn’t drinking. Told him I wasn’t aware that it was illegal to drive (the Speed Limit) at that time of night.
Do not drink and drive ! Especially at these locations. They are sitting there….as houses and businesses are robbed.
