Mystic Ave/Rt. 38 near Mystic Apartments
Black SUV hangs out in driveway of Mystic Apartment building or driveway to convenience store about a block down on Mystic Ave/Rt 38 heading towards 93 South entrance. Speed limit is 30 and I’ve seen the same person pull over multiple people in this area.
