At the light pole location, officer commonly stands behind light pole staying partially hidden as he clocks you. Trees also block the sight of the location until you are approx. 100-200 feet from the location. Patrol Cars will be waiting in the South entrance of the gardens (42.281500, -89.072509) to observe offenders trying to turn onto Ethel Ave, Cosper Ave, and to catch offenders before they reach Y Blvd (42.277711, -89.079095).
