N Clinton St & E River Dr
24 S has detour through Defiance, and road-side barriers where 15, 24 and Clinton merge. There is a sudden decrease in speed and the police are using the new POP radar. My garmin GPS showed that I was going 55 but they clocked me at 80 mph. I was also using a Valentine One radar detector. I called them because my alarm did not go off. They have informed me that the new POP is inaccurate. However, it was cheaper to pay the ticket rather than fight it from Waco, Texas.
