Nissequogue police are equipped with radar on this stretch of 25A, they will hide in the parking lot of the Gulf station on the corner of 25A and Moriches Rd.. best to keep to the speed limit between Edgewood Ave and Moriches Rd.. these guys are brutal

Head of the Harbor Village has offices hidden back in the woods near 25A & Lake Ave/Moriches Road. I have seen the village PD methodically ticket cars turning right (south) off 25A onto Lake Ave. It's a short turn lane and they get you for driving on the shoulder and then making the right on red. Be Carefull !!!
