N. Jordan Street near seminary Street
Going north from Duke street to Seminary after passing through the Foxchase Apartment Complex (the last traffic light is Howard) the speed limit stays 25 mph and as soon as you round the corner going up the hill. You will occasionally see there three motor cycle cops popping out to grab you. Just like on Quaker two to write tickets and the third to go fishing. "I swear I was only doing 30"

Why do they hide? It's easy to slow everybody down by parking a marked police car in plain sight from far away. Unless the goal is revenue...
