N. McDowell by the hospital
Motorcycle cop who sits in the parking lot entrance to Luchessi Rec Center. It is a 40 MPH, then quickly a 30 MPH for the hospital zone (three blocks) and then back to a 40 MPH. Every week they are there.

Those are not the limits. It does not go from 40 to 30 and back to 40. It decreases from north to south because you're entering a business district. Get your facts straight.
Stay on your on your gaurd here, now it is a constrution zone ( 25 mph )
