N. Oliver Street near State Highway 254
Leaving Kechi, heading South, the speed limit goes from 20mph to 60mph in a space af about 100 yards. The only sign is the 60mph sign. I was pulled over for going 41mph about 30 feet from the 60mph sign. $115. I have no traffic violations on my record. In addition, I am not even from Kansas. Way to go Kansas! Treat your out of state guests like common criminals.
