Napoleon Ave. going south from S. Broad 2 or 3 blocks
Going southbound on Napoleon from S. Broad, there is a school zone in 2-3 blocks. During school zone hours, there is a flashing light and a cop will park a patrol car along the curb, sometimes hidden by other parked cars, and clock you with radar as you are a block or so away. Then he’ll step out from behind his car and flag you down for the citation. Normal speed limit is 35 and school zone speed is 25.
