NB I-5, between Pocket Rd and Florin Rd exits
Location : Interstate 5 FWY Northbound, between Pocket and Florin exits in South Sacramento. CHP parks on shoulder in a tiny road entrance ( positioned @ 45 degree to FWY) . Being deeper in from shoulder, perfectly invisible and well positioned for launching after motorists. May or may not use radar.
