NB Monterey, under the train tracks just before Cochrane Rd.
I was on NB on Monterey, where the street dips just before getting to where Starbucks and Am/Pm are and Morgan Hill PD was there with a motorcycle and car with the radar gun to catch you picked up speed from going down the hill! They were located on the right side, waiting!

I have to vouch for this as I got a ticket driving south..if you say you saw him and tried to slow down you may not get a ticket..obviously, I said I didn't see him and got a big fat ticket.
