NB on Rte. 15 comming down hill towards the Exxon Station.
State Police sit in lot next to Exxon Station parking lot and clock vehicles NB where the speed limit changes from 50MPH to 35 MPH. Unfair due to fact that the hill is about 6 or 7 % steep.
