NB Ventura Road just above 101
Traveling north on Ventura road, just after you pass under 101 and enter the River Park area, an occupied car frequently sits in the shade of trees on the near side of the first parking lot on the left.

Just got a ticket at this location for my high beams on. Motorcycle cops parked right underneath frwy overpass! I guess oxnard needs the money
